ETT owns 277 miles of the line; beginning 64 miles northeast of Lobo station through Cenizo, Del Sol, Pomelo and North Edinburg to 46 miles outside of Palmito. The project includes three new substations for wind farms currently interconnected on existing portions of previously constructed second circuits on the project route. The estimated completion date for all project components is summer 2024.
