Quantum II LLC. has requested to interconnect a 374.4 MW solar generating facility called "Quantum Solar" to the ETT transmission system in Haskell County, TX. ETT will construct a new three (3) breaker ring 345kV station called "Kilby" along the Clear Crossing to Pendulo 345kV Circuit. The new station will include SSO relaying and EPS metering.
